You've got two options when it comes to sending through Salesforce. Which one's right depends on what you're planning to do with it once it lands.

With the connector

Your email is saved as a new HTML email and appears in your account within seconds, ready to send.
Best for general messages and broadcasts.
Recommended for the non-technical user

Export the HTML

Export production-ready HTML with all images bundled, and paste it into an SFMC template-based email.  
Best for highly dynamic and segmented emails 
Recommended for advanced users familiar with Content Builder
